Fix indentation of lists and table alignment

Move clickhouse to a dedicated section.

Update the links in all user and admin pages

Ensure container registry is lowercase unless starting
a sentence, bullet point, table entry, etc.

The container registry should always be lower case.

Add clickhouse.log file to production environment.

Omnibus already enabled Sidekiq JSON logging by default. This change
will ensure both Sidekiq clients and servers will log JSON
consistently.

Using "text" will restore the original format. Previously "default"
would mean "text", but that now means "json".

Adds a new logger and debugging statements for AI features.

If the log format is not enclosed in 'single quotes' the spaces inside
the log format are ignored (syntactical whitespace). The "double quotes"
are then interpreted, meaning the spaces inside "double quotes" work but
the quotes themselves are not actually output to the log files.

Counting number of allowed cross-slot commands is a cheap way to
approximate the amount of cross-slot violations. The probability of an
allowed cross-slot command is ~1 as long as multiple keys are used.
