I can't convince others to add a test, so I should fix these
instances of the word 'may.' It never registers on me as an
issue.

Update the links in all user and admin pages

This is not used on the current docs website
and needs to be removed for future compatibility
with Hugo.

Update the beginning of these instructions to match our style
guide.

Take out some old version info. Address some other Vale issues, and
simplify some sentences to drop the reading level.

Because we changed the way we
do the markdown.

We've officially removed support for treating MRs with a WIP prefix in
their title from being marked as Drafts. This change updates the
documentation to reflect this.

We don't need so many links.

The feature was renamed, so we should rename
the file to match. Adds redirect and updates links
to the page. Also updates some other references
that were missed in the previous MR.

We are renaming pipelines for merge requests
and merged results as 'merge request pipelines'
and 'merged results pipelines'. This MR finds and
replaces all of these as needed.

Adds basic cross-linking and information to the table that explains
what notifications are sent and when.

Updated general style of quick actions page.

To prevent painful merge conflicts, start by tracking the moved page.
