Scoping down to a subdirectory should help us move these through
more quickly. Or, at least, do more sensible levels of search-and-

Drop the scope of this merge request to be nothing but changing
the URLs in the metadata to be correct, and then fixing any trailing
space problems so lefthook will pass.

That makes this first MR easier to review, and the remaining hits
are ones that we ACTUALLY need to review by hand.

Passing the password/token on the command line is insecure and can
easily leak, e.g. via the `ps` command line tool. The here-string syntax
`<<<$var` avoids this problem.

While there fixed language that could be misread as
`CI_REGISTRY_PASSWORD` being a short-lived token. According to
https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/jobs/ci_job_token.html#gitlab-cicd-job-token-security
the token is long-lifed and needs to be protected.

We can make this area more succinct. Let's do that.

**Problem**

Fast-forward MR strategy doesn't create a merge commit. That hides
revert/cherry-pick button on the merge request, because there is no
merge commit related to the merge request.

However, this functionality should be available  when the merge request
was squashed or it had only one commit.

**Solution**

Use `squash_commit` or `merged_commit` as a point for revert/cherry
pick.

The new GL markdown reference syntax uses the extensible format.

Iterations cadence can be referenced by either its title or id:

[cadence:<ID>] or [cadence:"title"].

The new reference type is only intended to be parsed
as part of the iterations quick action command.
In other words, iterations cadence references will NOT be rendered to HTML.
