A simple search-and-replace across a lot of metadata to update the
URL for help.

This updates the GitLab CLI docs to add a new section for GitLab Duo.
It also updates the GitLab Duo docs to link the `git suggestions` feature
to these new docs.

We link to the product section of our handbook a LOT. This MR updates
some of the product links in the handbook to point to the new site.

As part of the migration, these links to legal-related subjects
should be updated to the new handbook site.

Enable `github_import_extended_events` feature flag by default to
import resources using timeline API in GitHub Import.

Behind feature flag work_items_mvc

Scoping down to a subdirectory should help us move these through
more quickly. Or, at least, do more sensible levels of search-and-
replace.

Drop the scope of this merge request to be nothing but changing
the URLs in the metadata to be correct, and then fixing any trailing
space problems so lefthook will pass.

That makes this first MR easier to review, and the remaining hits
are ones that we ACTUALLY need to review by hand.

Update image to one that shows both the field and the resulting
note. Also, rewrite the text to be a better, fuller explanation.
