- Guidance for handling offerings in REST API docs.
- Require periods on full sentences in tables.

Update the links in all docs except user and admin pages

Propose the new rule: URL parameters should be declared with --url
for legibility purposes. Revise the existing rule, and update the
examples on this page to reflect the changes.

Use long options instead of short flags for curl commands.
Also, break long lines apart for legibility. Example added.

Because right now, there is no
clear milestone for the removal of
REST API endpoints.

deprecations, but had no milestone.

documentation readers.

Links to index files without the index.md in the link
are broken in /help, as well as broken when working
with the docs locally.

I know that there is still an ongoing discussion for what
the correct wording here is.
However, this makes it at least consistent in the most
prominent places in the style guide.

There are still `parameters` references, but
I think they are okay for now.
