- Add separate *-selective-parallel jobs. Existing *-selective jobs
will continue to be non-parallel
- When QA_TESTS has files included (_spec), use non-parallel selective
jobs.
- When QA_TESTS has folders included, use use parallel selective jobs
by setting KNAPSACK_TEST_FILE_PATTERN.
- Create knapsack reports for *-selective-parallel jobs from existing
jobs to avoid falling back to master_report.json resulting in better
parallelisation.

Shift from a parenthetical to a NOTE.

We don't need so many links.

The feature was renamed, so we should rename
the file to match. Adds redirect and updates links
to the page. Also updates some other references
that were missed in the previous MR.

We are renaming pipelines for merge requests
and merged results as 'merge request pipelines'
and 'merged results pipelines'. This MR finds and
replaces all of these as needed.
