Move variable definitions from dast_variables.js to dast_variables.rb
Pass JSON-ified variables through helper, inject them into Vue apps

This is developed under the
`authentication_logs_migration_for_allowlist` feature flag.

Changes include:
- Moving loading behavior to page-level instead of modal-level
- Update copy text on modal
- Refetch allowlist setting after auto-populating
- Hide actions if there are no entries to be added/removed

If we rename this image, we also have to rename where it shows up
in the Markdown page, and also in the test that points to it.

Based on the docs style guide, replace "since" with "because" where appropriate.

In preparation for adding support for PG 17, these tests
ensures the basic level of compatibility for Postgres

Note: PG17 integration jobs for opensearch and es8 were
disabled for now, as they'll exceed the limits of jobs
that a pipeline can have

This flags displays the filtered search for the project dependency
list. This MR removes this FF.

As group setting of 'Roles allowed to create projects' means minimum
roles allowed to create projects, added minimum meanings to the setting.
Also changed the order of the dropdown items from highest to lowest role.
