Initial commit.  This is straight from the original gexiv2 gitorious archive (http://gitorious.com/gexiv2, git 
repository: git clone git://gitorious.org/gexiv2/gexiv2.git) with (a) some of the autotools cruft (i.e. its 
caches) removed and (b) the config and m4 directories added, which autogen.sh requires.  Thus, gexiv2 will build 
at this point.  "make install" does not entirely work; the header files are not installed.
