What this PR does / why we need it:

  1. “账” is used more often when it comes to money, such as bank account (银行账户).

  2. "帐户" and "帐号" are both ok to me, but In KubeSphere, I think we are not talking about "account number", just the account itself. It is better to unify the translation of "account" on our console. My suggestion is to use "帐户" for all the "account".
