Add security reviewer role

Related to #5 (closed), this is a partion and base MR.

Changes

Update Team members docs:

1. Change "Role" to "Roles"
2. Add "Security reviewer" role for "Fu", "Martin", and "Baodong"
3. Add memeber "Zijun Gao" and "Qiting Chen"
4. Update the role info logic and specs
