What does this MR do and why?

What: Override upstream methods to fix errors in the nightly pipeline. Why: There is before_hook in QA E2E tests:

1. If EE_LICESE existed, the license will be fabricated on the admin page.
2. If QA_ADMIN_ACCESS_TOKEN does not exist, the access token for admin will be fabricated at first.

Because the language of JH instance is Chinese by default, Those 2 steps will be failed. This MR is fixing this problem
