Add 'upstream-triggered' job to test upstream changes

This job will run only when triggered by the gitlab-jh-pipeline upstream job from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/merge_requests/69219.

The job:

  1. Creates a temporary branch
  2. Merges the upstream commit into the main-jh branch
  3. Pushes the branch
  4. Triggers a new pipeline for this temp branch
