Feat: redirect to phone verification page

What does this MR do and why?

• Enforce redirections in JH::ApplicationController except terms_controller, PhonesController
• unmute captcha on registration page
• Remove phone verification from registration, trial_registration and terms pages
• Add specs for new phone verification flow
• Remove deprecated assets
