Draft: Replace "Duo" to "CodeRider"

1. 🚀 升级 jh:gettext:regenerate 命令：
   • 现在它可以将字符串中的 Duo 自动翻译成 CodeRider，并写入 jh/*/gitlab.po 文件
   • 在之前，如果上游移除了某些字符串，但 jh/*/gitlab.po 依然存在，执行此命令就会报错。现在不再报错，直接自动移除它们。
2. 更新 jh/*/gitlab.po 文件，以覆盖页面中的 Duo 文案
3. 机器人 @GitlabDuo 更名为 @CodeRider
