更新 Code quality 的文档，解决 Docker 镜像在国内下载失败的问题。具体包括这两个改动：

• 删除「启用 Auto DevOps」这种方法。因为这种方式无法走极狐的镜像库代理。
• 在示例代码中添加镜像库的代理
