@TomHeng 按照 这里的流程，QA 需要在 https://jihulab.com/gitlab-cn/quality/text-testcases 中创建 test case issue，另外，在那个流程中我看到：

在开发工程师完成对应的 Feature 开发工作后，QA 工程师需要创建 QA Task Issue，

这个不对吧，feature 开发完成后才创建 QA task issue 吗？应该是功能需求讨论会议之后 & milestone 正式开始之前就需要创建。

是的，QA 文档也应该跟着现在的流程变动，我找时间改下。
