Consistent maintenance for terms in the DevOps field

A term spreadsheet has been created in Google Drive (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VC_GfP3hUE7eKz89cpq2aGzdkmR7WzET1IpWwGS92Os/edit#gid=665394193) to gather and record terms in the DevOps field to ensure translation accuracy and consistency among different people. Each term in the spreadsheet is reviewed by Shuang Zhang and XiaoGang Wen and every time I find a new term, I'll add it to the spreadsheet for review. Everyone is welcome to add terms and thank Shuang Zhang and XiaoGang Wen for review.
