* implement proper testing to our compiler

* this will prevent Vue.js 3 for considering component as
multi-root component, due to us using 'preserve' whitespace
configuration to be as much compatible with Vue.js 2 as possible

* use custom compiler for webpack and jest
* move :key inside <template v-for>
* fix bug with v-once and v-for
