Redis 6.0 has
reached end-of-life (https://github.com/sidekiq/sidekiq/issues/5594).

The vendored Sidekiq 7 gem has backward compatibility with Redis 6.0 but
we retain 6.2.14 as the RECOMMENDED_REDIS_VERSION.

Documentation updated to show Redis 6.0 as a requirement instead of
Redis 5.0 in both Omnibus installation and reference architecture
instructions.

This removes all references to Puma Worker Killer,
which is not used anymore.

Although there are limitations and potentially stability and performance
concerns running puma in single mode has no data integrity problems as
