Gemfile: Update version of the Gitaly Gem to 15.4.0.pre.rc2

Update the version of the Gitaly Gem to 15.4.0.pre.rc2 in order to
obtain the definitions for the newly type 'LocalBranches' in
'FindLocalBranches'.
