Remove class gl-form-lg from utilities

Remove gl-form-lg and replace with gl-form-input-lg from
GitLab UI

As it was recently added to GitLab UI we can safely remove
the old class from the product. This is a follow-up MR to
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/merge_requests/90239
