Lefthook: Do not reveal RuboCop TODOs for HAML lint

Having `REVEAL_RUBOCOP_TODO=1` reveals RuboCop TODOs also for HAML lint
which and sometimes prevents pushing code.

This commit hides any RuboCop TODOs in lefthook also for HAML lint.
