Remove bundler-audit from Gemfile

This was originally added in 2015
(https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-foss/-/merge_requests/1874) as
part of CI, but bundler-audit has since been removed and deprecated in
GitLab (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/289832).
We can remove this from our CI jobs.
