Various small fixes

Handle specs appearing twice because of multiple platforms

Fix gemspec to not have git. It breaks review-deploy CI because the k8s
does not have git

Show spec version and platform as well to better debug

Update gemspec, remove un-used block

Do not need to require bundler-checksum

Loosen bundler dependency

refactor: move method into class which calls it
