Fix Z-index Issue on inline Findings Dropdown

This commit solves: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/429033
It fixes an Issue where the Findings Dropdown did not correctly
overlap the file underneath on the Merge-Request Diff Page.
