- Copy the contents and requirements of lib/gitlab/http.rb into
the new gitlab-http gem.
- While lib/gitlab/http.rb is using Gitlab::HTTP, the gitlab-http gem
is using Gitlab::Http. So, we can gradually migrate to the gem.
