* Remove vendored version of in favor of Rubygems version
* Gem was vendored to assist with OmniAuth upgrade: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/merge_requests/96587
  and because it relied on a version on oauth2 which was incompatible
  with the version used in our Gemfile
* Since then, an updated version was released which updates the
  dependency versions for oauth2 and omniauth-oauth2

* Also updates omniauth-azure-activedirectory-v2 and removes monkeypatch
  that is no longer needed with updated version
