As the rollout of Repoistory Cache outside of Redis Cache has finished
in https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-com/gl-infra/-/epics/860, we are
cleaning up the MultiStore FF previously used to migrate and flip over
from which store the data is served. This change solidifies all
repository cache related data are served from the new
redis-repository-cache instance.
