This patch fixes the configuration documentation link for Wezterm.

It appears they moved their configuration homepage from
`https://wezfurlong.org/wezterm/config` to
`https://wezfurlong.org/wezterm/config/files.html`

. The old link returns
a 400.

Note it does not change `doc/tokyonight.nvim.txt` as that appears to be
managed by the Github actions bot.
