Add the 'user_endpoints' helper to be used in places where sometimes we used 'user_endpoint_types'. Endpoints and endpoint types are distinct concepts.

Modify IDE integration with Silabs Simplicity Studio: require apack level 8 and simplify duplicate files into a single file as a result.

Prepare the apack.info files for version 8 merging, once the adapter pack driver in release train becomes version 8.

You can do this now:
   src-script/zap-start.js test/resource/*.zap
ant it will open all the test files.

by delegating port selection to zap, it can auto-pick free ports when default
one is busy.

Split up apack info info apack.info.dist, which is used in packaged app, and default apack.info which is dev version.
