After this change manufacturer code is populated for commands and attributes,

- Adding selectAllStructItemsByStructName so that this can be used to calculate the size of the struct if need for for zcl command macros
- adding zcl_command_argument_type_to_cli_data_type and as_zcl_cli_type to determine the zcl data types as UC cli types
- Making changes to how calculateBytes calculated the size of the data type for all of the zcl/atomic data types. Also covers any user specified defaults which can be used as return values if need be using the zclCharFormatter flag in the asUnderlyingZclType helper
- When returning character types representing different data types, adding conditionality in dataTypeCharacterFormatter so that user defined values or defaults, either can be returned
