The setup where we collected up the known attributes while parsing XML
files does not work right, because during XML file loading we skip
parsing XML files that are already loaded into the database, if there
is an existing database.

Instead, just compare attributeAccessInterfaceAttributes to the
contents of the database.

Should make it harder for typos to slip in.

Check for an involuntary signal error when the voluntary code error thrown is null

- This makes sure to throw a signal error when the code is null such that the zap regen does not silently pass when it runs out of memory.
- Verified that now zap regen errors out and gives a the following when it runs out of memory: 👎 Program node exited with signal code: SIGABRT

* Fixes the endpoint config helpers to emit the device type lists in the
right format, even though it contains just a single device in the list
for now for each endpoint.

* Fixed up the device type generation logic to account of null lists
correctly.

* Changed format to using hex for the device type emission.

Stop (implicitly) assuming that unknown storage types mean RAM.

Without this change, null generally gets treated as 0 for integers and
throws an exception for strings.

Silabs

Remove another electron instance from the ipc. Remove "open" and "new" IPC actions, which were totally pointless.
