  "artifactName" is required to produce correct artifact name. otherwise ${os} field is not produced.

mac:
  "afterAllArtifactBuild" is used as a workaround to copy apack.json to the root dir.

Added a field to denote presence of fabric-sensitive fields

* Stop emitting attribute metadata for global list attributes in Matter.

The Matter stack does not expect these to have metadata, and in fact
will behave incorrectly if they do.
