These helpers account for various zcl specification parameters such as introduced in, removed in and presentif for command arguments. The helpers also look into whether the commands are fixed length or not based on the conditions mentioned for the command arguments
> - Adding the above conditions to sql queries such that they can be extracted as well
> - Making changes to eengine.test.js to tackle generation tests for zap-cli. Ran into an issue when adding tests for the the command parser and logged ZAPP-503
