restruct code section and ram section size

Expand code section to 64K + 128K, and ram secton reduce to 128K.

• Code: RETRAM(64K) + SRAM1(128K)
• RAM : SRAM2 128K
• OpenAMP: SRAM3 64K
• Resvered: SRAM4 64K
