Changes to migrate to zephyr-v3.2.0

• Upgraded zephyr toolchain to 15.0
• Removed LABEL-related macros in device drivers and definitions in device tree
• Simplified creation of flash block with FIXED_PARTITION_* macros
• Changed to full include path
• Restructured project directories
