VINM1 support for STM32 MCU OPAMP in standalone mode

The ST datasheet and application notes only present usage of OPAMP in standalone mode on VINM0 inverting input. However the VINM1 can also be used and in some cases where only VINM1 pin is available. In order to support VINM1 as inverting input, additional APIs is required to configure the OPAMP register.
