Initial Ethernet support

Initial Ethernet support focuses on QEMU and MCU connectivity. The command processor is designed as backend of telnet sessions. Currently only one telnet session is allowed. When Ethernet is enabled, the ip command displays IP/MAC addresses and network statistics.
