Get to know the help resources you have access to
As a free user of GitLab, you have access to multiple help resources. As GitLab is open source, we take a "community first" approach. We always recommend first reading the documentation and then reaching out to the community.
Please note, that the support team at GitLab is reserved for paying customers. However, if you're having account related issues (unable to log in, GDPR and so on), experience a broken feature, or experience issues with GitLab.com availability then please reference our support page on how to best get in touch with the team.
