What's it about? ks-apiserver and ks-controller-manager need helmapplication crds. ks-installer should apply application.kubesphere.io_helmapplications.yaml application.kubesphere.io_helmreleases.yaml application.kubesphere.io_helmapplicationversions.yaml application.kubesphere.io_helmrepos.yaml application.kubesphere.io_helmcategories.yaml first.
