The delete button should disappear after editing svc

Describe the bug

  1. Select a svc , a delete button appears on top of the svc list
  2. Editing the svc and click update
  3. The delete button is still there Snip20200718_39

Versions used(KubeSphere/Kubernetes) KubeSphere: 3.0 build 2020-07-17

Expected behavior The delete button should disappear after perform an action on the svc like editing
