open application pages throwing error

Describe the bug A minimal installation with enabling project gateway, open traffic management and tracing, got error msg.

Versions used(KubeSphere/Kubernetes) KubeSphere: 3.0.0-dev

Environment allinone, minimal installation with project gateway enabled.

Expected behavior Should be able to open the page with msg saying something like you need to enable xyz components.
