日志时间顺序混乱

Describe the bug(描述下问题) 在全局日志里查询日志，开启实时后，顺序混乱。如下图，时间顺序 11:36:53 -> 11:36:08 -> 11:37:08

Versions used(KubeSphere/Kubernetes的版本) KubeSphere: v2.1.0 Kubernetes: (If KubeSphere installer used, you can skip this)

Expected behavior(预期行为) 日志顺序统一
