No GPU info in resource card for multi-cluster project

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

I have set a GPU limit for cluster rohan, but resource card doesn't have GPU info.

Versions used(KubeSphere/Kubernetes) KubeSphere: v3.2.1

Environment

It's not important.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a multi-cluster project, click Project Settings and Project Quotas.
2. Chose a cluster and click edit quota, set GPU limit as 2, and save.
3. You can't see the GPU info in its resource card.

Expected behavior

Display GPU info in cluster's resource card.
