Error creating custom monitoring template with yaml file

Describe the bug Create a custom monitoring template “ss”，Click save template

1、Click create template again, don't fill in any information，choose to create with yaml file 2、The yaml file displays the information of the previous "ss" template

Versions used(KubeSphere/Kubernetes) KubeSphere: Kubernetes: (If KubeSphere installer used, you can skip this)
