Describe the bug The UI of time control has been covered in page of application resources

Versions used(KubeSphere/Kubernetes) KubeSphere:v3.2

Environment Nothing to do with environment.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. See the page of Application Resources in Monitoring & Alerting
2. click button of Resource Usage
3. First select time range of Application Resource Usage
4. Then select time range of Cluster Resource Usage, but OK button has been covered

Expected behavior The time range control can modify and can click button of OK or Cancel.
