UI text goes out of the box

Describe the bug The UI text on the Service Monitoring Exporter page goes out of the box.

The following screenshot shows the issue:

Versions used(KubeSphere/Kubernetes) KubeSphere: 3.2.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to one of your project.
2. Click Application Workloads > Services.
3. Click the name of a Service to go to its details page.
4. Click More > Edit Monitoring Exporter.
5. Click the No Authentication box under Exporter Service Ports.
6. You'll see that the UI text of the authentication methods goes out of the box.

Expected behavior The UI text should be inside the text frame. Please take a look and fix this issue to provide better user experience. Thanks.
