Can not set false in CRD.

Environment kubesphere3.1

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to cluster 'default'
2. Click on 'CRDs'
3. Go to ClusterConfiguration detail page
4. Edit yaml
5. Modify any 'true' to 'false' or delete any 'false' and then input 'false'
6. Clcik on 'Update'

Expected behavior Update successfully
