Content is reset while editing credential with kubeconfig type in DevOps project

Describe the bug Content is reset while editing credential with kubeconfig type in DevOps project.

Versions used(KubeSphere/Kubernetes) KubeSphere: 3.1.0

Environment How many nodes and their hardware configuration:

For example: 1 masters: 4cpu/8g 1 nodes: 4cpu/4g

(and other info are welcomed to help us debugging)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any DevOps project
  2. Create credential with kubeconfig type
  3. Update kubeconfig content whatever you like
  4. Edit again
  5. See whether the kubeconfig content is your change just now

Expected behavior

Reserve updated kubeconfig content. And we could provide a button to reset kubeconfig content.
