Describe the bug

Preset conditions 1、There is account A, which has cluster management privileges. 2、Use account A to log in to KS, and go to Platform management--》Cluster "B" management--》Alerting Policies. 3、There is a policy 'test' To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. click policy 'test'
  2. Click ‘edit’
  3. Modify any content
  4. Click 'next' -->click 'next' --> click 'update'

Expected behavior The pop-up message is "update success“ Actual behavior The pop-up message is "create success“ image
